It is 9:15pm, and I have just come home from the Junior Service League's Patrons Party for Follies 2009. WOW!! This has been the most orchestrated event I have ever seen. It was really great to see so many dedicated men and women busting their behinds to make this event go so smoothly. And such teamwork! It was amazing. Everyone did their job, without complaint or in need of recognition. I am so proud of them!
All of this means that I was able to come home to relieve my dear sweet husband, who has been home with sick G since I left today at 4:15. G-man has an ear infection and an upper respiratory infection, just in time for his 2nd birthday. bless him.
Now, I am off to fold the three loads of laundry that have been waiting on me since Thursday.
